Shipping Policy
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
♦All Domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days. All international orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends.
♦If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
♦To ensure smooth and timely deliveries during the holidays orders must be placed 2-3 weeks in advance (for Domestic orders) and 1 month in advance (for International orders).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Jazz It Up Soul Food LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Refund Policy
Damages/Refunds
Jazz It Up Soul Food LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
NOTE: IF in the rare chance the shipping carrier denies your claim, Jazz It Up Soul Food may on a case by case issue a refund or ship out a replacement. We make sure to package our products very secure so if you receive a damaged item please file a claim with the shipping carrier first before reaching out to request a replacement or refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of Jazz It Up Soul Food's product we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges.
All cancellations must be done within 48 hours of placing order to ensure that delivery schedules aren't affected and unnecessary unpaid products aren't being shipped out.
