Description
Free Forever Vendor Subscription gives vendors the opportunity to list their goods on the BLKWGN Marketplace and take advantage of the site traffic, Professional Dashboard, Order and inventory management system and much more. Free Forever members don’t pay a subscriptions. Instead when they sell a product they are automatically charged 7.5% + $0.30. (Every $10 spent with you, you get $8.95)

Shipping Policy
Delivery Tracking and Disputes:
Vendors are asked to upload tracking numbers through the BLKWGN portal so that it is on record that the item was shipped. We recommend always getting the necessary insurance to cover the cost of the item in the event it is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. IF you choose to deliver products yourself or offer customer pick up please make sure to get a signature from the customer so there are no issues. Failure to do so gives the customer the upper hand. Please clearly state the estimated delivery time frame for your products or services.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
Purchase of BLKWGN Vendor Subscriptions: For the purchase of BLKWGN Vendor Subscriptions there are NO refunds. You can cancel anytime that you would like and your access to the platform will expire according to the package you purchased. We do NOT offer refunds or free trials on paid packages because we offer a FREE Forever plan which is designed for you to test BLKWGN Marketplace to confirm it is a good fit for you and your business. We strongly advise that you remain on the Free Forever Plan for as long as you need.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Vendor Registration:
Vendors can register for 1 of 3 packages. Free forever, Monthly or Yearly. Each vendor must provide a valid State ID or Driver’s License, Provide proof of residency, Banking info for payments, State what type of vendor they are (Service, dropshipper, affiliate, Retail, digital goods and so on.) You do not have to have an EIN or LLC to get started. In the case where you are not a registered business you MUST provide your social security number. Phone number and email address is mandatory as well.
